How to Use Young Living Stress Away Essential Oil Blend

Every Friday you can look forward to posts on recipes with essential oils, diffusing combinations, and information on individual oils.  I’m going to start with the oils in the Premium Starter Kit because that is the way that most people start their essential oils journey, and I want to give you the tools you need to know what to do with the oils you purchase.  Haven’t purchased your starter kit yet? I’d love to be the person who helps you learn all about essential oils and their great applications, just click here to get started.

Stress Away is a blend of copaiba, lime, cedarwood, ocotea, lavender, and vanilla.

*Soothing aroma that calms nerves and lifts mood
*Supports emotional balance
*The name explains it all. Feeling stressed? Diffuse Stress Away, or roll it on your wrists
*Also available in a roll-on
*Great gift for teachers and parents
*Add a few drops to a cup of Epsom salts and then add to a warm bath to relax

This is my favorite blend for the car during road trips (especially with two kids under 5 years old).  I also like to diffuse this one in the evening to bring a calm atmosphere to my home after a long day (and right before bed).  How do you like to use Stress Away?
