2 cups of cooked chicken, cut up in chunks or shredded
2 cups of marinara sauce
1/2 cup of shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Shred or cut up 2 cups of chicken from your crockpot whole chicken. Butter the bottom of an 8×8 baking pan, then add the chicken and marinara sauce. Mix well.
2) Layer the Parmesan and mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken and marinara mixture.
3) In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Layer on top of the cheese in the pan.
4) Bake for about 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Enjoy!
